Return Policy

We sell made-to-order products, which means there are no returns and no free exchanges. Since each order contains unique items, we're unable to accept returns and issue cash refunds.

We are ready help and fix any issues:

- In case of unfortunate mistakes in measurements or a change of mind about the order that has been shipped, you can apply 50% of the item price (excluding shipping) toward a future order.

- In case of product defects or significant errors in fit caused by us, we offer a free replacement or repair credit.

Warranty/Defective Items
In the rare event some items in your order arrive damaged or defective please contact us at support@homeleon.com as soon as possible to begin resolving the issue. The sale is considered final after 60 days (ending at 11:59 PM ET on the 0th day) from the date of delivery.

Damages or defects resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes will render the items not eligible for an exchange or refund.
