Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in Homeleon’s loyalty program, you agree to be bound by the terms described herein. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not participate in this program. If you do participate, you are the “Participant”.

The Homeleon Loyalty Program (“Program”) is offered at the sole discretion of Homeleon LLC (“Homeleon” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The Program is limited to one account per individual. To participate, the individual must maintain a valid email address. It is free to enroll in the Program (no initial purchase is required to do so). The Program may not be used for any business or commercial purpose. We may also refuse to create an account for any reason.



How the Program Works and What Are the Rewards

A Program account may be an email address that was used to make a purchase or an account registered on Homeleon’s website. If you wish to leave the program please contact support@homeleon.com.

Only one Program account may be associated with a single member and a single email address.

The participants of the Program will be rewarded in Store Credit (“Rewards”), 1 unit of which equals US$1 (one United States Dollar).

The Store Credit can reviewed in the emails sent by Homeleon or, if a participant has an account on Homeleon’s website, then it can be checked on the “My Account” page by pressing the “Store Credit” button.

The Program has the following actions that are rewarded:

1. Action: Refer a Friend

• The referrer (the individual participating in the Program) receives $10 in Store Credit if their referee (a new member that will participate in the program using the referral link provided by the referrer) makes a purchase on Homeleon’s website.

• The unique referral link of the referrer can be found in the emails sent from Homeleon to the referrer

• It takes 5 days to review and approve the validity of the earned Store Credit. Homeleon’s team may deny for any reason to the addition of earned Store Credit to both the referrer and the referee. This is done to discourage unfair behavior of some potential Program participants.

2. Action: Make a purchase

• The participant receives $1 in Store Credit for every US$10 spent

• It takes 5 days to review and approve the validity of the earned Store Credit. Homeleon’s team may deny for any reason to the addition of earned Store Credit to participant. This is done to discourage unfair behavior of some potential Program participants.


3. Action: First purchase

• The Participant $5 receives in Store Credit for their first purchase

• It takes 5 days to review and approve the validity of the earned Store Credit. Homeleon’s team may deny for any reason to the addition of earned Store Credit to participant. This is done to discourage unfair behavior of some potential Program participants

4. Action: Submitted First Review for a Purchase

• The Participant receives $5 in Store Credit for their first review on Homeleon’s website. Further purchases do not grant rewards, unless Homeleon decides otherwise in a special promotion or giving a special offer to the participant

• It may take Homeleon 5 days to review and approve the review. Homeleon’s team may deny for any reason to the addition of earned Store Credit to participant. The review’s star rating does not impact the decision.

Other Program Matters

Rewards earned through the Program have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in or to rewards. Earned Store Credit in your Program account will be decreased or reversed, as applicable, if part or all of the purchase is returned or cancelled or if the credit is obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates these Terms at Homeleon’s sole discretion.

The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any rewards offered through the Program other than by us, is expressly prohibited. Any applicable tax liabilities resulting from rewards earned under the Program are the responsibility of the member.

We are not responsible for rewards that are lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed.

The Program and its rewards are offered at Homeleon’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to change Program rewards without prior notice. We also may exclude you from participation in the Program, discontinue your participation in the Program; and/or suspend or audit your membership account for any amount of time without prior notice.
