Return Policy

Return types

1. Returns after receiving the order: in case you’re in doubt of your purchase, you have 30 days after delivery to return your order. Once your items are returned, we will inspect them and refund or credit the payment amount (less shipping costs and applicable restocking fees) back to your original payment method along with the applicable state taxes. However, you can always choose to receive the funds in Store Credit, which is faster than a standard refund

2. Order has shipped and in transit: full refund minus shipping (if applicable) and 10% restocking fees

3. Return request before cutoff times – full refund:
- If you placed the order after 2PM ET, then the cutoff times for cancelling the order is 9AM ET on the next day

- If you placed it between 9AM and 2PM ET, then you have time for edits until 2PM on the same day


How to initiate/Instructions
- Simply email us to support@homeleon.com by 11:59 PM ET on the 30th day to initiate a return of your order

- Pack the items into their original packaging. Ship it to the address we email to you

- The process may take several weeks to complete


Eligibility/Conditions

- Returns are only applicable to the whole Slipcover Set and not to separate items in the set. In case you’d like to swap some of the items, please read our Exchange rules

- The items must be in saleable condition – as new and not laundered, stained, soiled, have any hair attached to it or have the labels removed

- If one of the items is not compliant with the saleable condition – a fee will be applied to the total refund amount

- Homeleon reserves the right to ask for photos of the items involved in the return process to evaluate their state

- If the customer fails to comply with the requests of Homeleon or fails to finish following the provided instructions within a week, then the return may be denied

- Note that return shipping costs are going to be covered on behalf of the customer

- There will be a restocking fee of 10% deducted from the refund

- If the bellybands come back torn, then we will charge additional restocking fee 1% per item with damaged bellybands

- All the accessory ropes with their paper packaging must be returned as well

Exchanges

- One free exchange in the 48 contiguous states is allowed within 30 days from first delivery, packaging (bellybands) must not be torn. Further exchanges will involve the customer paying for shipping from and to their house. Any difference in the price of the initially received and sent for replacement items will be refunded/charged to the customer

- For Alaska and Hawaii, there’s a $15 fee to cover part of the shipping costs, the rest of the conditions is the same.

Warranty

In the rare event some items in your order arrive damaged or defective please contact us at support@homeleon.com as soon as possible to get them replaced for free (all 50 states). The sale is considered final after 30 days (ending at 11:59 PM ET on the 30thday) from the date of delivery.


Damages or defects resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes will render the items not eligible for a replacement or an exchange or a return.
